These Terms govern your use of the fit. mobile application and website (together, the “Services”), operated by Dugout (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. What fit. provides

fit. uses artificial intelligence to create virtual try-on images from photos and garment information supplied by users. Generated results are illustrative previews. They are not photographs, size recommendations, measurement tools, or guarantees of physical fit, colour accuracy, fabric behaviour, product availability, or purchase outcome.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact support promptly.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of photos and other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission necessary to host, process, transform, and transmit that content only to operate and improve the Services as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have the right to upload the content you provide.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use fit. to create deceptive, abusive, unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or harassing material; to impersonate another person; to violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; to interfere with the Services; or to attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.

5. AI-generated output

AI outputs may contain errors, altered details, or visual inconsistencies. Review every output before relying on or sharing it. You are responsible for how you use and share generated images, including adding context when an image could reasonably be mistaken for a real photograph.

6. Third-party retailers and links

fit. is independent from the retailers mentioned in the Services. We do not control their products, prices, availability, delivery, returns, content, or policies. Your purchases and interactions with a retailer are governed by that retailer's terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services, including supported retailer links and AI providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination and deletion

You may stop using fit. at any time and may request deletion by following our account-deletion instructions. We may suspend access for material violations of these Terms.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and provide additional notice inside the app when a change is material.
