Sort it yourself in a minute
Try-on result is taking longer than expected
Keep an active internet connection and allow the generation to finish. If you leave the app, enable notifications so fit. can alert you when the result is ready. If the result remains stuck, close and reopen the app, then check your saved looks before starting again.
A shopping link is not working
Retailer pages and sharing formats can change. Try copying the full product URL again. If fit. cannot retrieve the garment, save or screenshot the clearest product image and use the garment-upload option.
A generated result looks inaccurate
AI-generated details can vary. Try a clearer front-facing personal photo and an unobstructed product image. Complicated prints, layers, accessories, reflective fabric, and cropped garments are more difficult to interpret. Remember that results are visual previews, not fit guarantees.
Photo or camera access is blocked
Open Android Settings → Apps → fit. → Permissions. Allow camera access if you want to take a new photo, and allow photo access if you want to choose an existing image. You can revoke these permissions at any time.
Privacy and account deletion
Read the privacy policy for data-use and retention information. To remove your account and associated data, follow the account-deletion instructions.
